$65 Fee for Service Calls (ex. fixture leaks, drain cleaning, et cetera)

Annual Maintenance Plan
Water Heater Tune-up
o Flush water heater and check temperature to avoid future problems.
Check faucets and supply lines
o Make sure your faucets are not dripping and wasting water.
Shut off valves
o Checking that shut off valves work properly and there is no corrosion
Toilets
o Check the fill valve and flap inside the tank and make sure they are working properly.
Drains
o Checking visible drain lines for leaks or corrosion. Draining slow? It may be time to get them cleaned out.
Appliances Check
o Check garbage disposal and connections to dishwasher and washing machine.
Water Lines
o Check visible water lines for any leaks or corrosion.
